In order to register for a course you must fill out the following form.

Please be sure and mark the class you would like to take.

PAYMENT:
You may also pay by check, money order, or credit card payment through PayPal. The PayPal tabs will appear after you have submitted your registration. Credit card payment can also be made over the phone. Advance payment may not be applied to future classes upon cancellation. Payment must be received one week prior to class.

There are no refunds for cancellations once you have registered and paid.

Please Note: All classes are subject to cancellation if there are less than 4 individuals registered per class. If cancellation occurs due to insufficient enrollment you will be notified at least five days prior to class and you will be entitled to a refund. The location of the classes is subject to change at the discretion of the instructor. If there is a change in location it will remain within the immediate area. Notification of location change will be received with your confirmation letter at least one week prior to class.
